Do you only accept USD?

We accept USD and CAD.

Can I use my consignor credit or gift card from Anchor Chic Consignment to shop online?

Yes! Let us know at consign@anchorchicconsignment.com that you'd like to use your credit/gift card online and we'll create a credit for the online store! This does take some time, so let us know so we can set this up in advance to make your shopping as easy as possible.

What is in-store pickup?

Our brick-and-mortar location, Anchor Chic Consignment in Edmonds, WA, is about 15 minutes north of Seattle. If you’d rather pick your item up and not pay for shipping, we can arrange that.

How do you ship?

Generally, we ship through USPS.

Do items come with original packaging or paperwork?

If packaging and paperwork for the item are available, they are included.

Can I cancel an order?

To make sure you get your items as soon as possible we ship as fast as we can. Because of this, we can’t cancel orders that have started the shipping process.
